Quick Answer

Soulfully Grateful retreat experiences are planned as future seasonal reset opportunities with ceremony, meditation, creative reflection, community, and integration. Because dates and venues are not confirmed, the current path is a retreat waitlist.

The retreat vision.

Soulfully Grateful retreat experiences are designed as spacious, grounded opportunities to step away from daily life and reconnect with yourself through ceremony, meditation, creative reflection, and community.

These are not intensive therapeutic programs or clinical retreats. They are seasonal reset experiences — invitations to slow down, listen inward, and integrate the practices of Soulfully Grateful within a longer, shared container.

Starting with a half-day experience.

The first Soulfully Grateful retreat experience is intended to be a half-day local gathering before expanding to full-day or multi-day formats. This allows participants to experience the retreat approach in a manageable, accessible format before committing to something longer.

Half-day retreats are also more accessible to people with caregiving responsibilities, travel limitations, or limited retreat experience. The approach may expand over time as the community grows.
